Help! I have a 1995 Klr650 which has always been a reliable commuter. It became hard to start and realised I had a burnt exhaust valve. Have since replaced the valves, set valve clearances and cleaned out the carby. KACR seems to be working ok, compression is over 100psi without disengaging it.
